Delivery and Returns
ManziniLBlue offers deliveries in Switzerland and member countries of the European Union. If you prefer to collect your purchase directly, you can do so at our workshop in Lausanne. When finalizing your order, choose the “Local Pickup (Lausanne)” option. ManziniLBlue will contact you by email to set up an appointment. You also have the option of purchasing at an exhibition, where the work will be given to you after payment.
Please note that delivery times and costs are mentioned in the table below. These deadlines are given as an indication, and ManziniLBlue cannot guarantee delivery within these deadlines. In the event of delay, ManziniLBlue cannot be held responsible.

Import fees
For orders outside Switzerland, additional costs (such as administrative costs, VAT, customs, etc.) may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to inquire about these charges before placing an order.
Tracking control
When your order ships, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. You can also find this number on your account page, by selecting the order in question.
Return policy
If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days after receipt to request it. After this request, you are given an additional period of 14 days to return the item. To initiate a return or exchange, contact ManziniLBlue via our form indicating your name, first name, order number and the products to be returned. We will provide you with return instructions. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to use a trackable delivery service. In the absence of tracking, ManziniLBlue will not be able to process any claims in the event of loss of the package.
